These images may be included in service reports provided to relevant stakeholders (e.g., support coordinators, case managers, or the NDIS) and will be stored securely on our internal servers and cloud-based systems (e.g., Google Drive or similar platforms).
    • If you choose to work with us we will send you a service agreement.  By signing this agreement, the participant (or their authorised representative) consents to the collection, use, and secure storage of these images for the above purposes. All data will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable data protection laws.
    • We use secure AHPRA- and HICPA-aligned dictation and AI-assisted tools to support documentation. All clinical decisions remain the responsibility of our qualified clinicians, and all NDIS privacy and confidentiality requirements are met.
    • When Health Works NSW is requested to keep a file active, we undertake necessary clinical oversight, documentation management and liaison tasks to ensure continuity of care. These activities are billed as non-face-to-face therapeutic support in line with NDIS Pricing Arrangements
